Jacqueline Frost, Founder & CEO of Elevate Talent

Jacqueline has over 30 years’ experience in investment banking and entrepreneurship, including leading Derivative Sales and serving on the Executive Committee. In 2009 she began coaching senior female executives, recognising that many could have accelerated their careers if they’d had access to leadership skills earlier.

In 2016, she founded Elevate Talent, which has since supported more than 10,000 professionals worldwide. While its origins lie in accelerating women’s careers, Elevate now empowers future leaders of all backgrounds, equipping them with the tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Jacqueline is passionate about widening access to leadership development, helping organisations unlock their full talent pipeline and preparing individuals to thrive in today’s fast-changing world.
