Our Panel

Claire Moyles who will be our chair for the panel discussion. Claire is a highly accomplished professional with 28 years of experience in Financial Services, spanning multiple disciplines. She has excelled across numerous divisions of LBG, currently working in a department which supports customers in financial difficulty, and she embraces the challenges and opportunities of a dynamic, evolving career. In addition to her professional achievements, which include her achievement of a MBA Masters degree in Business Management at Henley University, Claire actively supports the SEC across various workstreams and mentors the director of a local charity and sits on their Board in and advisory capacity. A dedicated advocate for inclusion and diversity, she is committed to driving equitable representation and meaningful change and is very passionate and committed to supporting her colleagues to achieve their potential.

Kirsty is an award-winning leader with over 25 years of global experience in digital, transformation, and brand-building programmes across financial services, B2B, and consumer sectors. Kirsty is a Strategy and Delivery Lead working in the long term savings and investment industry where she leads multi-disciplinary teams and manages complex projects. She has also held significant roles leading strategy and delivery at award winning creative and digital transformation consultancies globally. Kirsty has previously served as Co-Chair of the gender equality network within a FTSE 100 firm to promote and support gender opportunities. Kirsty is passionate about inclusive leadership, human-centred design, and delivering measurable outcomes. As the chair of Women in Banking and Finance Glasgow, she aims to empower and support women in the industry, creating a platform for them to thrive and lead.
Kirsty says "I am delighted to be appointed as the chair of Women in Banking and Finance, Glasgow, joining a strong leadership team. I am looking forward to working with our vibrant network to uplift women in the industry and advance the WIBF strategy”.

Lorna McAndie is Head of Commercial at M&G plc, with over 20 years of experience leading global financial services teams through complex transformational change. Known for her strategic mindset and human-centred leadership approach, she excels at bringing people together, mentoring, and coaching teams to unlock their full potential while driving significant business value. Lorna is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively mentoring for Women in Banking and Finance and engaging in various gender and diversity networks. Her career began by combining legal expertise with commercial strategy, leading her through senior roles across financial services, aerospace, utilities, and consulting sectors, with valuable international experience living and working in Singapore.
