JobHunt.org stated that over 90% of recruiters search the LinkedIn member database to find candidates who have a specific set of qualifications and/ or keywords in their profile. Over 27 million people have a LinkedIn profile (58% of the UK working population), yet less than 1% of the global membership of 660 million actually publish updates and content on LinkedIn. In April 2019 LinkedIn’s official blog revealed that there were over 20 million jobs advertised on the platform.

There are enormous opportunities to make LinkedIn work for you. We are therefore delighted that David Petherick (Doctor LinkedIn) will be joining us to discuss some key pointers to ensure you have a LinkedIn profile that will attract and connect with your future professional network. In this session you will learn;

  • How to reach out and connect to grow your network strategically
  • How to be found, how to be understood, and how to earn authority on LinkedIn
  • How to optimise your profile, and align your headline, skills and story for success

David IS Doctor LinkedIn, and has helped individuals and organisations to be visible, legible and credible on LinkedIn since 2006. He rewrites LinkedIn Profiles to engage, connect, & convince, and has delivered keynotes about using LinkedIn effectively to audiences in eight countries to date.
