This event is is designed to help you take that first step, or your next step, with clarity and confidence. It for all men and women at any stage of their financial journey, from curious beginners to those ready to take their investing to the next level. If you want to feel more in control of your financial future, this event is for you.
Event format: The evening will begin with a drinks reception from 5:30pm to 6pm, with the session starting at 6pm. Following the session, join us for networking drinks and nibbles from 7pm onwards.
There will an opportunity to connect with the wealth managers on matters discussed on the evening. As the scope of this topic is quite vast, we are asking individuals to email any questions they may have on personal investments, pension planning, asset building, planning and investing for children etc, ahead of the session to help shape the discussion and insights. Lucinda has over 15 years' experience in financial services and is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). She began her career at Evelyn Partners in 2007 after graduating with a First Class degree in History from Lancaster University. She provides bespoke investment management advice to private clients, companies, family trusts and charities across the UK.
Lucinda is passionate about helping people understand investing, empowering them to feel more confident and in control of their finances and future. She values building long-term relationships and helping clients grow their confidence over time.
Fun fact: Lucinda trained as a professional ballerina in her youth and auditioned for the Birmingham Royal Ballet. Today, she continues to enjoy dance alongside her four-year-old daughter, Sophia.

Tracy has over 38 years' experience in Private Banking, Investment Management and Financial Planning. She has held senior roles with leading international private banks, including 20 years at Coutts, before joining Evelyn Partners in 2018. Tracy is an experienced Wealth Manager and Financial Planner, working with high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, charities and trusts.
Tracy is passionate about helping clients engage with their finances by creating bespoke financial plans aligned with their goals, investment strategy and tax planning. Through regular reviews, she helps clients adapt to changing circumstances, protect their wealth and achieve their long-term objectives.
Fun fact: Tracy represented both England and Wales in athletics as a teenager. She still enjoys running to keep fit and has recently taken up golf, although she admits she's "shockingly bad" at it!

Rachel has over 20 years' experience in financial services and has been providing financial planning advice for the past 11 years. She began her career at Prudential and joined Evelyn Partners in 2024. Rachel specialises in helping high-net-worth individuals navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
Rachel is passionate about helping people take control of their finances through long-term financial planning. She believes strongly in financial education and uses cashflow planning to help clients visualise and achieve their goals.
Fun fact: Rachel has completed her FA Level 1 Football Coaching badges and has managed grassroots football alongside her husband for the past seven years. Outside work, she can usually be found supporting her two boys and driving them to their many sporting activities.

Jennie is an experienced purpose‑led financial service senior leader, specialising in Risk Management who blends strategic rigour with deep empathy to shape cultures where people feel safe to think boldly and lead confidently.
Currently as the Head of Enterprise Risk at Unity Trust Bank, she drives organisational resilience, governance clarity and risk culture transformation with the aim to make complex concepts accessible and enabling innovation without compromising what matters.
Beyond her day job, Jennie is a long‑standing Women in Banking & Finance Executive Board member, leading the region presence, shaping capability building initiatives and regional engagement that help women grow, connect and thrive.
She also serves as a Non‑Executive Director on an NHS Trust Board, bringing her expertise in risk, culture and inclusion to wider organisations.
Jennie has been recognised annually on the Involve People Empower Role Model Lists since 2018, reflecting her sustained commitment to inclusion, representation and the advancement of women in financial services.
