Jennie Koo is an award‑winning risk leader, Non‑Executive Director, and Executive Board member of Women in Banking & Finance. With over two decades in financial services, she is known for shaping operational and enterprise risk frameworks while championing inclusion across the industry. Jennie has been repeatedly recognised in the FT & Yahoo! Finance HERoes and EMpower Role Model Lists for her work advancing women and ethnic minority talent in financial services.

Samantha Carnley is a senior risk professional at Capital One, specialising in operational and enterprise risk across fast‑moving financial services environments. She also serves as Head of Mentoring for Women in Banking & Finance (WiBF), where she leads one of the organisation’s flagship programmes, supporting women’s development and progression across the sector. Known for her inclusive leadership and commitment to growing future talent, Samantha brings a practical, people‑centred approach to both risk management and industry-wide capability building.

Steph is an Economic Crime Prevention specialist dedicated to protecting communities from criminal harm. Now leading the 1st Line Economic Crime Training team at Nationwide Building Society, she brings over 20 years of leadership experience from Lloyds Banking Group and is recognised as an industry thought leader. Her background spans Learning and Development, Strategy, Risk Frameworks, Policy, Oversight, Assurance and Audit. A passionate advocate for gender equality, Stephanie sits on the WiBF Midlands Regional Board and volunteers as a mentor, empowering women to build confidence and realise their potential.

Vicky Campbell is a Group HR Business Partner at TXP, a UK-wide private equity-backed technology solutions company. With a 20-year career spanning banking, insurance and pensions, she brings deep expertise in organisational development, change management, engagement and wellbeing, alongside a strong focus on career progression. Passionate about inclusion, Vicky is a certified coach, mental health first aider, proud ADHDer and motivational speaker. She also volunteers with Women in Banking and Finance, championing equity across the industry. Beyond the workplace, she leads a wellbeing choir and is an all-round people champion, creating the positive change she wants to see.

Jo Hanley is a values led Operational Director and Non Executive Director with over two decades experience in Financial Services across the private and public sector.
She is an inclusive and strategic leader, known for driving improvement, leading business transformation and delivering organisational change on a global scale.
Jo is passionate about driving equality and diversity, leading gender diversity networks at an organisation and industry level including sitting on the Women in Banking & Finance Midlands Board.
