About this event

Whether you're a first-time mentor or have years of experience, the Mentor Learning Sessions offer a dedicated space to grow your skills and connect with other mentors. Each month, we explore a new topic—such as Being an Impactful Mentor, Behavioural Colours, Mentee Performance Review, and Biases—to help you adapt your mentoring style to the needs of your mentee.

Through thoughtful discussions, real-life examples, and shared best practices, you’ll deepen your understanding of what makes mentoring relationships thrive. These sessions also provide time to reflect on challenges, celebrate successes, and develop your own approach in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Attending regularly will not only enhance your confidence and effectiveness as a mentor but also help you build a wider community of like-minded individuals. You’ll leave each session feeling more empowered to support your mentee’s development—and inspired to keep learning yourself.
