If you're a mentor with WIBF - join us for our mentor curriculum, launching in May. The programme is made up of 6 monthly 90-minute virtual sessions where we discuss common topics mentees have raised. Join us if you have topics, you'd like to discuss on how to bring the best to your mentee! The programme is targeted at any WIBF mentors who would like additional support, sharing with other mentors on best practices and building a supportive mentoring community.Topics we are covering will include: Having an Impact as a Mentor; Owning your Value; Understanding Behavioural Styles; Biases and Journey towards a performance appraisal.*This event is only open to current WIBF Mentors, you will be signed up for all events in the curriculum.
