About this event

The Mentee Learning Sessions are here to guide and support you throughout your mentoring journey. Each monthly session focuses on helping you get the most out of your mentoring experience by exploring practical topics like Setting Your Objectives, Aspirations, and Behavioural Colours.

Through interactive and insightful discussions, you’ll learn how to engage meaningfully with your mentor, set clear goals, and confidently communicate your needs. These sessions are designed to help you understand how to navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and apply what you learn to real-world situations.

By attending, you’ll also connect with other mentees who are on similar journeys. Sharing experiences and best practices will help you reflect on your growth, refine your approach, and feel supported throughout the process.

These sessions aim to give you the strategies, tools, and confidence to make the most of your mentoring relationship. You’ll come away with greater self-awareness, stronger communication skills, and a clearer path forward in your personal and professional development.
