Drawing on research, real world experience, and practical strategies, this event shows how representation, mentoring and visible role models shape confidence, ambition, and career pathways for the next generation of women in finance.

Participants will learn how small actions can strengthen individual leadership, increase industry diversity and build a more inclusive future for financial services.

Your speaker - Sarah Abrahams

Sarah is an Executive Coach, Consultant and Mentor who empowers change and is a passionate advocate for gender equity. With over two decades of experience in leadership in Banking and Finance, Sarah has a deep understanding of the power this sector holds in achieving a fairer society.

Through Grace & Grit Consulting, Sarah champions leadership and cultures that are courageous, compassionate, and unapologetically human. Her mission is simple yet profound: to enable choice for all by helping females rise, on their own terms, in their own voice, and with the confidence to shape the future they choose.

Sarah is also the founder of Empowering Girls, a movement connecting female role models with teenage girls to ignite confidence, belief and curiosity, broadening their career aspirations at a critical age. What began as an idea in 2019 whilst working for HSBC group, has since become a powerful force for change, uplifting over 1000 girls and uniting communities of women and male allies who want to leave a legacy of gender parity.
