Women in Banking & Finance were delighted to collaborate with members of the Professional Bodies Forum on an event in recognition of International Women’s Day 2020.

The event, “Workplace Diversity – Talking Breakthroughs and Best Practice” held at the Edinburgh University Business School saw an expert panel come together to discuss the benefits of diverse boards, success stories, and practical actions to take to improve workplace diversity and achieve greater business success.

We were delighted to see so many students from the University Business School join us for an evening that was informative, insightful and an honest discussion on progress to date and what more needs to be done.

Thank you to panellists Georgina Bulkeley, RBS Catherine Burnet, KPMG & ICAS Lynsey Wilson, Virgin Money Prof Susan Murphy, Edinburgh University Business School David May, Aesara Partners and Chartered Banker and to facilitator and WIBF Board member Vicky Zuiderent for expertly chairing the evening. Thanks to, to Tom Parnell for hosting us at the venue. #IWD2020 hashtag#EachforEqual
