Robert McKillop is Global Head of Client Solutions, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Standard Life Aberdeen plc. With over 30 years of experience in high level sports coaching Robert has been exposed to world class coaches from various sports and is a keen student of leadership and coaching styles across sports, business and the military.

Robert talks about his experiences of building high performing teams in both sport and business, and the increasing importance of coaching as a style of leadership. In particular, he talks about the job of the leader being to create the leaders of tomorrow.
