WIBF were delighted to co-host with Moody’s the next session in our hugely popular ‘Hot Topics’ programme. We welcomed Laura Perez Martinez, Associate Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer, EU, at Moody’s Investors Services and Elise Badoy, Deputy Head of Research EMEA at Citi.

Laura and Elise reflect on the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the macro economy looking at specific industry sectors and will discuss the impact on women more widely. They consider topics such as how the leap in use of technology and remote team platforms can transform opportunities for women; how the impact of macro-trends e.g. the “care” gap, increases pressure on senior/older women leads to women leaving the FS industry to undertake care responsibilities.
