Women in Banking and Finance and Credit Suisse co-hosted a virtual Hot Topics event, In conversation with Carol Campayne, who is Executive Director of The Diversity Practice, a Faculty Member of the NHS Leadership Academy, creator of Borderless Coaching and author of Different Women, Different Places.

Carol is a true champion in the race agenda and we are delighted that she can join us to share her insights. With a reputation for delivering prominent diversity, inclusion, organisation and leadership development programmes across the public, private and voluntary sector, Carol has established a national standing for successfully implementing organisational change at strategic and operational levels.

Audrey Bampoe from Credit Suisse and Carol discuss Carol’s career highlights, the barriers she overcame on her road to success, how she has remained resilient and her journey whilst researching and publishing her report, “Different Women, Different Places”. The research by The Diversity Practice is a global comparative study of the working lives and experiences of Black, Asian and ethnically diverse women - Different Women - leading and working in the UK, the U.S and the Middle East.
