Nichola is part of an award-winning Resilience & Continuity Team (2018 BCI European Awards and Business Continuity Awards 2018) with a previous career in HR. She has a special interest in people resilience and the impact the Fourth Industrial Revolution will continue to have on a rapidly changing employment landscape.
