Emotional intelligence has been defined as the ability to monitor one’s own and other people’s emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behaviour.
This workshop will develop the concept of emotional intelligence, with a view to helping you understand how being in tune with emotions can improve performance and relationships. The session will have a particular focus on the role that emotional intelligence can play in client development, negotiation, management and interpersonal skills.
The aim of the workshop is to equip you with a range of tools that can be implemented in your role in order to maximise your potential and help set you up for success.
