Susan Coull

Susan is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and a Licensed Practitioner/Profile Distributor for the psychometric Insights Discovery. She is passionate about working with people and founded her company Coull Coaching in 2014 specialising in Leadership, Management & Personal development.

Susan’s personality preferences meant “avoiding conflict like the plague” was her default position until she realised - as a manger and leader – this was no longer sustainable! She will share her personal experience of conflict and help you raise your levels of self-awareness that will positively impact your life on a personal and professional level.
