Helen Buckwell is a sought after executive coach and leadership development consultant with a passion and knowledge for building greater collaboration across organisations, teams and working groups. She has a wealth of experience in professional services organisations and large corporates, most recently as the UK Head of Leadership and Skills Development one of the ‘Big 4’ Accounting firms.

With 20 years experience in Learning and Coaching she brings valuable knowledge of psychological frameworks and theories, combined with in depth practical insight into corporate and professional lives - the complex dilemmas, challenges and opportunities such environments bring. She combines experience of 1:1 coaching with designing and facilitating group workshops that provide space for reflection, collaboration, and a focus on the real application of learning.

Helen spends much of her time working with talented individuals who are keen to enhance their leadership capability and operate at their best. Helen works extensively with teams and working groups who wish to enhance their level of collaboration to build a higher performing environment, even when faced with ever changing environments and commercial demands.
