About this event

Whether you’re loving what you’re doing, feeling ‘meh’ on Mondays (and other days) or simply impatient to progress, this session will help you engineer more of what you want and need to thrive at work. Through reflection, learning and action, we’ll uncover how much scope each of us has to shape our work experience. You’ll reflect on your career journey so far and identify what’s most important for your next stage. We’ll explore the ‘four freedoms’ framework alongside the habits and mindset shifts that make change possible. You’ll leave with simple, evidence‑based tools for influencing how you work, strengthening relationships and steering your career in a direction that feels both authentic and sustainable.
