Carole Berndt is the former Head of Transaction Banking for RBS, and BoAML in EMEA. Starting her career with Citi in Asia, she has held executive roles in HK, New York and London. Carole now runs an independent consulting company, is a WIBF mentor, industry speaker and strategic advisor to a “transitionhub” a HPC initiative focused on career transitions and the Future of Work. She is renowned for her innovative approach to business and has always been passionate about the people and teams she has led. Her ability to attract, develop and retain diverse talent that has been the hallmark of her career and foundation of her success. Carole is proud to be a Women in Banking & Finance Achievement Award winner.

Louise Watts is the co founder of HPC a boutique professional development company, with operations in over 20 countries. Her leadership, enables her team of passionate professionals to be role models for people all over the world to do what they love and add value to others. HPC consult, design, deliver, coach, present, advise, inspire and mentor in every region, with clients including Citi, BAML, DB, CBA, RBS, BNP Paribas, ANZ, BUPA, SAP, Perrigo, Harley Davidson and others.
