We are delighted to host the next Partner Roundtable on what visibility means in the workplace and why it’s important, providing practical solutions and tips for staying visible when you’re not in the office.

According to Forbes, employees “who feel their voice is heard are 4.6 times more likely to feel empowered to perform their best work”. But how do you do this when you’re sitting behind a computer screen at home? And what if you’re working from home, but your colleagues are in the office? And, looking beyond yourself, how do you help people in your team and your colleagues be more visible?

We will be joined by Victoria McLean, Founder and CEO of City CV. Formerly at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, Victoria founded City CV in 2009 to fill a gap in the market for a career consultancy that truly had peoples’ career success at the heart of everything it did. She is particularly passionate about DE&I and is frequently engaged by women’s networks to inspire female employees to smash the glass ceiling. City CV guide businesses on how best to inspire, raise brand awareness, take care of their people and optimise employee engagement.
