WIBF and Cynergy Bank are delighted to welcome Amberley Jenkins, a Learning and Development Consultant, to lead this session on well-being.

We all know about the importance of the link between physical and mental health and even financial health is shown to play a part in well-being. But how many of us are guilty of talking the talk and not actually walking the walk?

There is so much great well-being support available to us through websites, meditation apps and You Tube, it can be overwhelming and hard to know where to begin.

Now that so many of us are working from home, the boundaries between office and home are even more blurred than ever before. Early reports are already showing that mental health has suffered substantially as a result of the pandemic.

But one thing is certain…..nothing changes if nothing changes. This short session is designed to strip back well-being and offer practical advice, including activities we can do to help make immediate improvements to our well-being.
