WIBF Partner Roundtable: Thinking Outside the Box to Source Diverse Candidates

Attracting and increasing diverse talent is an important differentiator for most companies. While many financial services organisations will have a diverse hiring strategy in place, how proactive are you in sourcing talent from overlooked and ‘marginalised’ groups? How do you identify the best use of resources in your diversity recruitment efforts?

At this Roundtable event, we will be joined by Baljit Kaur who specialises in issues to do with equity and inclusion helping companies to achieve excellence in employee attraction, engagement and retention. Baljit is also a steering group member of Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) and Engage for Success employee engagement network.

We will specifically cover:

  1. Best practice talent strategies to attract, source, and hire diverse candidates
  2. Steps to achieve better diversity hiring
  3. Incorporating intersectionality into your recruitment strategies

This roundtable will be most suited to Heads of HR, Heads of D&I and the Chairs of your Gender/Women’s Networks.

This event will be hosted virtually via Zoom.
