Dr Grace Lordan is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative, Director of the MSc in Behavioural Science and an Associate Professor in Behvioural Science at London School of Economics and Political Science. You may also recognise Grace from our recent Market Opening event where she spoke about her research - the GOOD FINANCE Framework - as part of Accelerating Change Together (“ACT”) Research Programme designed and led by WIBF in partnership with The Inclusion Initiative at LSE and The Wisdom Council.

Dr Grace Lordan
Grace is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative (TII), Director of the MSc in Behavioural Science and an Associate Professor in Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
An economist by background, her research is focused on understanding why some individuals succeed in life and others don’t. She is an expert on the effects of bias, discrimination and technology changes.
Grace is an expert advisor to the UK government sitting on their skills and productivity board. Her academic writings have been published in top international journals in economics and the broader social sciences.
Think Big, Take Small Steps and Build the Future you Want is her first book.
Margot von Aesch
Margot is a financial services professional who has spent more than 20 years working for investment banks and stock brokers such as Cazenove, BNP Paribas and Societe Generale, in Paris and London. She is a dividend specialist and has more recently turned her focus on sustainability and ESG. Margot is a partner at independent equity research provider Redburn and co-manages Redburn Purpose, the company’s ESG initiative. Margot is a Dutch national, a mother of two amazing daughters and a member of WIBF as well as the WIBF Senior Business Leaders group.
