This session will help you look at the different ways to find more time in your day and ultimately more time for yourself. We often talk about editing our homes, our workspaces or our wardrobes, but how often do we edit our time? Time is one of the most precious things we have and time is the one thing most of us say we run out of every day. Time is one of the things most of us will say we don’t have enough of and is the one thing we can’t ever get back - once it’s gone it’s gone. We all have the same 24 hours in a day (or 168 hours in a week) - are you using yours the best way you can?

Do you find yourself tired of having ‘no time’ and feeling completely exhausted? Constantly doing things yet feeling like you never achieve what you needed to do? Tired of getting to the end of the week asking ‘where has the time gone’?

At this event, co-hosted with Tesco Bank, we’ll look at both how you spend your time and ways to create more time in your day. We’ll also look to understand and to stop procrastination as well as the feeling of being overwhelmed. Managing your time effectively can reduce stress levels significantly.
