The Role of Nutrition for Wellbeing in the Workplace
We’re delighted to welcome Dr Estrelita van Rensburg as our guest speaker for this wellness event.
Dr Rensburg trained as a medical doctor in South Africa and has focussed latterly on preventative medicine. Her personal research covered most of the diseases of today, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease and dementia where she discovered that nutrition and real food was the key to a healthy lifestyle.
This event will focus on the common issues of wellbeing in the workplace including poor focus at work/brain fog/lack of concentration. There will be discussion around nutrition to improve mood and motivation in the workplace leading to optimal performance.
Our speaker will be providing nutrition hints and tips for busy professional women with some simple easy suggestions around what to eat - and just as importantly, what not to eat, for optimal performance and improved mental health in the workplace.
