Jennifer Calvery is a Group General Manager, Group Head of Financial Crime and was previously the Global Head of Financial Crime Threat Mitigation. Before joining HSBC, Jennifer was the Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the national financial crime regulatory agency housed within the US Department of the Treasury. Prior to FinCEN, Jennifer spent 15 years at the US Department of Justice as a prosecutor and then senior executive driving the national policy, enforcement and litigation strategies related to financial crime.

Jayne Seaford is the Global Head of Business Financial Crime Risk for Commercial Banking at HSBC, leading the team responsible for implementing and managing a consistent and effective financial crime risk framework. Jayne joined HSBC in 2013, having previously worked at RBS. During her career Jayne has spent time in investment and commercial banking, working within a variety of business functions in the UK & USA including strategy, risk management, and customer facing roles. In respect of the latter this includes relationship management for corporates, and also origination and transaction execution within the structured banking market.

Montserrat Caellas has 20 years of experience in the banking sector, having spent the last 9 at HSBC. She started her career at JPMorgan in London as an analyst in the FIG M&A team. She then moved on to BNP Paribas, where she held several roles: she joined the Capital Management Advisory team, moved to Debt Capital Markets origination, and she finally relocated to Madrid and became a Relationship Manager for Spanish financial institutions. She joined HSBC in 2011. Today she is a Managing Director in HSBC’s FIG team, based in Madrid. Montserrat holds a BBA obtained from ESADE (Barcelona) and a joint MBA from HEC(Paris) and ESADE.
