Leontia McArdle is a senior associate in the Litigation & Regulatory department in the Manchester office of international law firm DLA Piper UK LLP. Leontia has experience of advising and acting upon financial litigation matters issued in either the County Court or High Court proceedings, on a range of issues, such as claims raised under the Consumer Credit Act 1974; fraud; asset based lending, to name but a few.

Leontia also advises on financial regulatory and compliance issues, including engagement with FOS and other regulatory bodies.
