Purpose And The World of Work - How We Can Use 2021 As An Opportunity To Reimagine And Reset
The world has been changed irrevocably by Covid-19 and there can be no looking backwards. The global pandemic has challenged many long held beliefs and established orthodoxies and we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to reimagine and reset.
As we emerge from the pandemic now is the time to rethink our position as leaders. We need to have a clear vision of the purpose of work, as well as how and where work gets done in a post-pandemic world.
- Being a responsible business is part of being a sustainable business
- Greater flexibility is built on an inclusive workforce and can be achieved without losing productivity.
- How we can democratise decision making whilst still offering leadership.
Collaboration during Covid has opened our eyes to what it is possible to achieve.
