Join us for a virtual panel discussion on the critical role that the UK’s Stewardship Code can play in achieving gender balance.

In this event co-hosted with Standard Life Aberdeen, Deborah Gilshan, Founder of the 100% Club, will present highlights of recent research conducted with the Institute of Business Ethics and share her experience of gender targets on boards.

The keynote will be followed by a panel discussion on making systemic rather than cosmetic changes, the role of investors in driving change and the direction of travel for global stewardship. The event will dive into the “so what” of the Stewardship Code and offer practical steps for all to take away and make an impact through their organisation.
