Dr Phill Armstrong is author of ‘Can Heterodox Economics Make a Difference’ published in November 2020 and is a strong advocate for the need of pluralism in economics. He has spent the last 38 years teaching - in the main economics and business and lately, engineering. Phil is Post-Keynesian and a strong advocate of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) and believes MMT provides power insights into the way the economy works and how progressive economic policy can be put into practice.

Co-hosted with Tesco Bank this follow-up Q&A event will allow all participants to either submit their questions ahead of time, or ask Phil on the day. The introduction event held in March 21 was a huge success, and we wanted to provide our members with a further opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

If you would like to submit a question to Phil in advance of the session, please email victoria.pringle@wibf.org.uk.

This virtual event will be delivered via Zoom - please register with us in advance of the session to ensure you receive the joining instructions.
