Please join us for another inspiring session with ABSTRACT who will help us understand how to achieve modern day resilience, co-hosted with Capco.

It’s not what happens to us that truly defines our destiny but how we choose to react to what happens to us. In this Masterclass we contrast Resilience Through The Years from ‘Old School Resilience’ that was driven by strong and ruthless leadership and the ‘win at all costs’ mentality, to how the world has changed to ‘Modern Day Resilience’ with strong and considerate, inclusive leaders and the ‘winning together’ mentality.

Key take-aways:

  • To appreciate that setbacks are part of life and that how we react will define us.
  • To understand what resilience is and to discover tools and techniques you can apply to improve yours.
  • To encourage you to be ‘strong and considerate’ with a ‘winning together mentality’
