WIBF and Moody’s are delighted to offer a thought-provoking session, led by Liz Walker and Alison Maitland, to introduce you to your ‘Inner Mentor’.

Mentoring is widely-recognised as critical for professional development. Women, in particular, are encouraged to find mentors who will offer advice and provide support and sponsorship through their careers. And this is indeed often very valuable. But, is it also slightly disempowering? Is it teaching us to reach out to others for guidance when actually we have the resources within?

Our belief is that we all have the inner resources to act as our own mentor. We have a voice inside that can guide and support us. And this session will help you to access it.

Key Takeaways:

* An introduction to your own inner mentor – an older, wiser and more experienced version of yourself.
* An opportunity to reflect on the words of wisdom that your inner mentor might share and the role it might play in supporting you going forwards.
* A simple tool to put the inner mentor and inner critic into perspective and help you choose where to focus your energies.
