WIBF and Wells Fargo invite you to watch this interactive virtual session led by Helen Buckwell, the founder of Hidden Strengths Learning, who will give you time to reflect on how you can shape and influence the wellbeing and productivity of you and your colleagues - especially whilst working in a virtual and hybrid working world.

We know the last year has been incredibly tough for all. This session will give you time to pause and consider the role you play in the teams you are part of, including ways of collaborating with and supporting your colleagues in the interests of enhancing the wellbeing and productivity of all. What are the indicators that you or a colleague may be struggling right now? How can you contribute to the creation of a ‘psychologically safe’ environment in which you can have honest and supportive conversations with your colleagues? How can you help ensure your colleagues feel valued?

Helen Buckwell is a leadership development specialist and professional coach. She has a wealth of experience in professional services organisations and large corporates, most recently as the UK Head of Leadership and Skills Development in one of the ‘Big 4’ Accounting firms. With 20 years’ experience in Learning and Coaching she has an established record of helping organisations make the most from the learning investments they make.
