WIBF and Lloyds Banking Group were delighted to welcome Kim Kinnaird as the next guest in the Women in Banking & Finance Personal Excellence mini-series.
This series features Senior Leaders from the financial services industry (and beyond), who are passionate about diversity and inclusion, share with us the lessons they have learnt throughout their careers. This is an opportunity for our members and guests to hear Senior Leaders discussing what challenges they have overcome, what advice they have been given and what they would do differently if they had their time again.
Kim leads Banking and Trade Delivery at Lloyds Banking Group, made up of c.1000 colleagues who provide everyday banking services for our Commercial Bank clients.
Services predominantly relate to cash management and payments (reactive servicing, online helpdesk, product onboarding and lifecycle management), as well as all servicing activity for the traditional trade product suite for the Group’s business clients. Since January 2021 Asset Finance Client Services and Cardnet Services have also joined Banking and Trade Delivery.
