WIBF and London Stock Exchange Group were excited to welcome Arlene McDermott as the next guest in the Women in Banking & Finance Personal Excellence mini-series.
This series features Senior Leaders from the financial services industry, who are passionate about diversity and inclusion, share with us the lessons they have learnt throughout their careers. This is an opportunity for our members and guests to hear Senior Leaders discussing what challenges they have overcome, what advice they have been given and what they would do differently if they had their time again.
Arlene recently joined Catherine Johnson’s leadership team as Head of Business Management working across the Legal and Compliance division at London Stock Exchange Group to enhance ways of working and to promote collaboration.
Arlene is also co-chair of LSEG’s LGBTQ+ network LSEG Pride. The network has had a huge impact on LSEG, enjoying support from the most senior levels of the organisation.
