We are delighted to welcome our next guest in the Women in Banking & Finance Distinguished Speakers Mini Series.

Dr. Rhian-Mari Thomas OBE is Chief Executive of the Green Finance Institute. Rhian will join Vivienne Artz, President of WIBF, in conversation on Tuesday 24th November at 12.30pm.

This series features high profile executives from across the financial services sector who have diversity and inclusion at the forefront of their business agenda. These short, sharp, virtual events will give an insight into the current hot topics that are occupying senior business leaders and will offer participants the opportunity to pose questions.

In this session, Rhian will share her thoughts on COVID-19 and her key insights from this unsettling period. She will discuss how COVID-19 has affected the green agenda and shifted the focus to a green recovery. We will discuss the role of finance in tackling the environmental challenges we face, what we can all do in our daily lives and how climate impacts disproportionately affect women across the globe.

Please join us for what promises to be a very interesting and enlightening event.
