This interactive workshop, with Cat Trebilco of Reach The Peak, explores how to find a career that you’re really passionate about.

Learn through Cat’s own personal experience of swapping a career in financial services to run a business combining her 2 passions: the great outdoors and helping people, alongside the DILTS Model of the Neurological Levels of Change. You will explore how your career is aligned with what is important to you on a number of levels: the environment you work in, the behaviours you and others exhibit, the skills and capabilities you use, the values and beliefs you have around your career, and your identity when you are the very best version of yourself.

With this understanding, you are more likely to make the right choice for you about the next steps in your career, choosing a career path that will truly fulfil you, rather than taking the option of what you or other people think you ‘should’ do.

Hear first-hand about how coaching can help you work out what you want to do, and learn some simple tools that can help you make the best decision on the next steps of your career.
