The Edinburgh WIBF branch was delighted to welcome back the brilliant Lorna Hudson from ‘Individual Impact’ for our June Personal Excellence Programme (PEP) event. This was another successful,sold-out event, hosted in the beautiful St Andrews Square offices of Standard Life Aberdeen.

The event started with a networking reception over prosecco and nibbles, introductions by the hosts followed by an interactive presentation by Lorna Hudson, which included top tips on steps of learning, prioritisation, understanding what matters to us and learning to prioritise accordingly.

This was a fun, highly informative, and interactive session. Throughout the evening, Lorna invited us to think differently about the ways we could use our available time, how to prioritise successfully and achieve quick wins. Lorna showed us the means to increase our productivity, encouraged us to say ‘no’ and to focus on our own ‘big rocks’, via a few tried and tested approaches for lasting improvement in self-management.
