We are delighted to welcome an inspiring future leaders panel made up of Mary Agbesanwa, Lola Olaore & Kemi Akinboyewa, hosted by the equally inspirational Alisa Harewood of We-R-One Diversity Management Consultancy.

October is Black History Month - what better time to shine a light and take this is opportunity to look to our future leaders, and history makers, for their perspectives on the progress of the gender agenda through a young black professional lens.

We must talk about black experiences and bring them to the forefront if we are to truly understand what action we need to continue to drive.

Join us for an interactive discussion to explore black experiences in the workplace and what tangible actions have helped these inspirational change makers to be the role models they are today.

Whether you’re an aspiring future leader or current leader, this is an opportunity to increase your awareness and understanding of our panel’s experiences and be inspired by these upcoming professionals – our leaders of the future.
