We were delighted to welcome an inspiring future leaders panel made up of Mary Agbesanwa, Lola Olaore & Kemi Akinboyewa, hosted by the equally inspirational Alisa Harewood of We-R-One Diversity Management Consultancy. October is Black History Month - what better time to shine a light and take this is opportunity to look to our future leaders, and history makers, for their perspectives on the progress of the gender agenda through a young black professional lens.
