Personal resilience – our ability to bounce back quickly – is fundamental to thriving and succeeding in the workplace…and the good news is that it can be developed, through adopting positive habits and techniques.

In this lively and interactive seminar, we will explore how to manage both our emotions and our inner ‘self-talk’, to ensure our minds remain open to creativity, problem-solving and growth. We will practice a number of ‘go to’ tools and techniques, so that positive and resourceful behaviours become everyday habits, both in the workplace and beyond.

Key take aways:

  • To investigate how our emotional responses are triggered
  • To practice a technique to help manage powerful emotions
  • To recognise five themes for identifying unhelpful thought patterns
  • To practice two tools for replacing these thought patterns with more helpful ones
