COVID-19 is set to dominate our world for the foreseeable future, with most of us facing a period of sustained change and uncertainty, both personally and professionally. As our lives have been turned upside down, we are being pushed outside our comfort zones, having to navigate our new world whilst wondering what the future holds.

In this interactive session, Nicola Maxwell, edoMidas Director, and her colleague, Business Psychologist, Tina Korup will be leading us through an exploration of how adversity can be the catalyst for learning and positive change, even if your mind has a habit of telling you otherwise. This is a chance to learn more about the kind of resilient mindset that not only helps us recover from setbacks but also propels us forward, feeling even stronger.

In this session you have an opportunity to:

  • Discover what stops your BOUNCE
  • Find your growth mindset
  • Help others find theirs

edoMidas works with leaders and managers to shift mindsets and learn new skills that make a tangible difference at work. Their specialised development programmes are research-based and designed to spark participation, learning and reflection. This means you can be certain that whatever edoMidas intervention you choose, it will be thought-provoking, high impact and proven to work.
