Mark McFall has 25 years’ experience within the recruitment industry primarily in senior leadership roles within both Nasdaq and AIM listed organisations covering a variety of sectors and disciplines. Mark joined Change in 2012 as Managing Director implementing a strategy to improve the business mix, improve productivity and profitability. Culminating in overseeing the successful sale of Change and subsequent integration into the new Taranata Group.
As a keen supporter to WIBF, Mark has been working with us on a programme in Q4 2020 to ‘Ask the experts’ – the current recruitment environment.
