Workshop Structure

In this interactive workshop you will explore what confidence means to you and examine some public figures who have high levels of confidence and impact. Drawing on the work of Professor Amy Cuddy, Harvard Social Psychologist, you will experience the importance of body language and how you can use this authentically to your advantage.

Mairi is the director of Coaching Squared, an award nominated cross organisational development programme designed to unleash talent in a supportive and progressive environment. Mairi works with teams within organisations to help develop people to become better performers – personally and professionally. With over 1000 participants from 35 leading organisations Coaching Squared has helped to enable Women, BAME, LGBT and Disabled professionals to take charge of their career progression.

Mairi trains individuals to find their ability to perform at their most confident level, takes the fear out of networking and helps people to understand how to change the impact they have on
other people and therefore enhance their career prospects.
