Tara Zutshi is an experienced Executive Coach who has been using Meditation and Yoga herself for over 12 years and 4 years ago she studied a “Transcending Stress” programme. In 2016 she founded Corporate Soul Consulting to share these techniques with individuals and groups to help them improve their well being.
