This interactive session will venture through history, neuroscience and real life anecdotes to understand the importance of role models and how we all need them. Bonnie Clarke from Remarkable, will share with you the importance of recognising your own skills and talents and how you are already role models in situations that you least expect it. The session will be positive, encouraging and you will leave with a refreshed sense of your own value and how you can be a catalyst of encouragement for those around you. You may experience a range of emotions during the session but with the hope and intention that you will leave feeling joyful, supported and excited about the possibilities for the future.
