CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP generously hosted Women in Banking & Finance as speaker Bonnie Clarke, CEO at Remarkable, explained what being a role model really means for us. Her message of positive psychology, encouraging each of us to recognise our qualities by ‘hunting for the good stuff’, challenged each of us to change our self-perception. In small groups we discussed and discovered who we were role models for, in first steps towards ‘a quiet revolution of valuing each other’. Bonnie then rounded off the session with her own inspiring story of personal resilience, proving herself as a role model for each of the attendees. A thoroughly enjoyable and uplifting evening was had by all.
