​This session, co-hosted with Moody’s, will give you 30 minutes to move your body, connect with your breath and take a step away from everything else you have going on. Experience the benefits of a short yoga session first hand and notice the difference you feel stepping off your mat.

Proven time and time again, tuning inwards is imperative to our creativity as well our productivity. The more space we cultivate for ourselves, the clearer we think, inviting in focus and clarity. So taking time to move our bodies, breathe a little slower and check-in really does have endless benefits - not only to your work life but to your overall well being.

So instead of sitting at your desk with your lunch or working through, think outside the box and give yourself 30 minutes of mindful movement!

Emily Ruth is an experienced Yoga instructor, teaching around the World for over 5 years. Having trained in India and honing her skills in Canada, she now lives in the French Alps and leads individuals, as well as companies, through live online sessions and mountain retreats. She teaches functional yoga and movement to those who are looking to enhance their overall wellbeing and work/life balance. Using Yoga and breath work as tools to combine mind-body awareness and cultivate space physically and mentally, Emily shows you how Yoga can have a profound impact on all areas of your life.
