Do you feel as though you spend too much of your time on low-value work? Do you often say yes to additional work that takes you away from what gets you noticed? Do you struggle to prioritise your commitments effectively? Trust us, you are not alone!

Across a range of industries, roles, and levels of seniority, there is evidence to suggest that women carry a much heavier load of tasks that support their organisation, yet may advance their careers more slowly. There are a number of reasons for this, and at thisvirtual workshop, hosted by the Future Leaders’ Network, we focus on what practical actions you can take to help you prioritise your workload and implement strategies that concentrate your efforts on higher-value activities.
