WIBF host Karen Lambert

Karen is a transformation and change delivery specialist who has spent the majority of her 20 year career in Financial Services, working in both Scotland and Australia.

She is currently a Senior PMO Manager at Royal London. Her passions are travelling and experiencing new things or meeting new people. Karen’s been a member of the WIBF Scotland Board since Oct 2025, supporting event creation and delivery to aid the networking and learning & development opportunities.

Corporate host Catt Hall

Catt has established herself as a trusted expert in qualified and senior finance recruitment since starting her career journey with Hays. She has been instrumental in providing permanent staffing solutions to businesses across the East of Scotland. She consistently delivers on expectations with precision and efficiency. Due to her professional approach and genuine interest in achieving the best possible result, she has built a solid reputation within the industry, always putting customers first and finding the best talent in the market.

Prior to Hays, Catt worked for a Tech, mission lead, company with HQ in London and NY. She has a well-rounded understanding of the demands to find top and niche talent across both borders, which makes her an exceptional Partner for any growing and globally established organisation.

Holly is a strong female leader, with experience spanning across legal and financial services who is passionate about driving meaningful change - from mentoring early careers to championing inclusive networking opportunities and personal development.
