About this event

Social mobility is the idea of the American Dream: that opportunity should be afforded to each of us in accordance not with our background but with our ability. Employers are already playing a significant role in improving economic and social mobility in the UK, but there is more to do and the issue still lags gender and race on corporate diversity agenda.

In this webinar Dr Eve Worth, Lecturer at the University of Exeter, will moderate a discussion between three socially mobile young people.
