Awards Alumni Roundtable: Reputation, risk and resilience in financial services

Focused on reputation, leadership visibility and navigating difficult situations in the social media age, the session opens out into a much wider discussion around trust, professional credibility, workplace culture and resilience. We will explore how to manage your reputation deliberately rather than by accident, and what meaningful support looks like when colleagues are navigating challenging workplace experiences or difficult decisions around speaking up.

Designed for mid- to senior-level women in financial services, this is a small-group, Chatham House Rule format with five themed discussion strands and a short closing exercise where each participant leaves with a concrete action for themselves and a change they would push for within their own organisation.
